This pumpkin is a fun addition to your fall/Halloween decorating. Although quick and easy to stitch this pattern assumes a familiarity with Hardanger. An intermediate Hardanger stitcher shouldn’t have any trouble. Spider web fill and French Knot spiders finish off this fun design. The sample was stitched in hand-dyed fibers that are no longer available. This design looks best when stitched in a variegated perle either silk or cotton. This piece is NOT suitable for stitching on Aida. This pattern is NOT compatible with pattern keeper. A confident advanced beginner who is ready for a challenge should be able to stitch this if they take it slowly and one step at a time.
