This is a good piece for a beginner stitcher who is ready to learn a new stitch. This piece is NOT suitable for aida as it contains kloster blocks which won’t work on Aida. This cross-stitch portion of this pattern is compatible with pattern keeper, but the back stitching and kloster blocks won’t show at this time in pattern keeper. This piece without the kloster blocks makes a nice sized ornament. This piece is a good piece to play with colors on. Different color combinations can make this piece look quite different and stitched on dark fabric the colors would really pop. It will NOT use full skeins.
