A note about difficulty listed in many of our designs.
Some designs are only challenging due to the size of the piece, or the suggested fabric, for example a project that suggests black, or dark fabric will be rated harder than one where the suggested fabric is white or light in nature.
  • Designed for Children - Designed with the younger stitcher in mind these pieces are leveled and meant for children.  Cross-stitch with some back-stitching and meant to be stitched on 6 or 11 count fabric with limited colors, and more solid blocks of color.  Older children with some experience could progress to a 14 count.  There are 3 levels with each level containing more details, colors and at level 3 introducing back stitching and possibly knots
